HMB Restaurant
A DREAM WHICH CAME TRUE IN 2014
Rolph & Chantal get to know each other at their work in the same company. In 2014 they jump into the deep and decide to make their own dream come true. They opened their first own restaurant,
HMB Restaurant on the Holland Amerikakade in Rotterdam. From the moment the doors were opened, it turned out to be a great success.
The restaurant houses Holland's largest building, De Rotterdam.
This vertical city is designed by Rem Koolhaas. The building, its unique construction and arrangement, its culinary qualities and the view over the Maas and Erasmus Bridge together make this restaurant into a culinary hotspot.
This concept was created from the response they both received over the years from guests and dinner experience abroad. All signature courses from Rolph are served as side dishes. HMB Restaurant only works with the best products of the season. The menu consists of accessible priced bites and dishes. Guests can decide the amount of dishes to order.
Besides HMB Restaurant, in 2018, Rolph & Chantal opened a second hot spot named Rolph's Deli, a breakfast- and lunchroom a stone's throw away from HMB.
